Epic Strategies was founded in 2016 by Nathan Adams, who spent more than 25 years in government affairs as a strategic advisor to a variety of officials and organizations.
Nathan’s experience in building top-to-top relationships, combined with the ability to create solutions where none existed before, are the genesis of Epic. His goal was to create a digital marketing agency that provides senior counsel to clients, backed by creative and technical infrastructure that delivers results.
Today, his agency specializes in delivering elevated, strategic marketing campaigns that establish connections between brands and their audiences.

Chief Executive Officer
Nathan is the founder and CEO of Epic Strategies, where he leads an award-winning, industry-recognized global team that provides unsurpassed marketing services and technology solutions to a wide variety of clients.
Under Nathan’s leadership, Epic has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. by Inc. 5000 and has been featured as one of the Dynamic Dozen companies in the area covered by the Springfield Business Journal. Epic has also received numerous ADDY awards and was named Most Innovative Digital Marketing Agency in North America in 2022, by AI Global Media, headquartered in the U.K.
Nathan’s understanding of hyper-targeted messaging and analytics-based audience and media modeling was the genesis for Epic. He established Epic as a model of the digital agency of the future, representing the intersection of strategy, technology and creative solutions.
Prior to founding Epic, Nathan served as President and CEO of one of the largest national healthcare associations in the U.S. for five years. He continues to provide strategic and governmental affairs advice to several healthcare organizations. Nathan was also a co-founder of iRx Investments, a private equity firm that developed closed pharmacies before it was sold to Bayada in 2001.
Nathan received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Drury University.
Bonnie joined Epic in October 2022, bringing decades of leadership experience. A believer in visionary leadership, she has supported many world-class organizations during mergers and acquisitions, with direct and partner sales, with pre- and post-sales support, through field operations and more.
Effective and metrics-driven, Bonnie problem-solves, instills trust and leads by her values. Her business acumen and experience are fundamental to the organization.
Bonnie has also been a leader in applying many technologies and ensuring organizations are first-to-market with digital technology, AI and voice-activated search (she is happy to discuss this over a glass of iced tea). On most weekends, Bonnie can be found on Table Rock Lake in the Branson, Mo., area, enjoying time with her family and friends.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephanie joined Epic in April 2023, bringing with her more than 25 years of accounting and management experience, as well as 20 years of human resources expertise. At home in the world of numbers, Stephanie ensures Epic is on top of all accounting and notary needs, efficiently and clearly communicating budgeting and billing information to Epic employees, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
She received a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ashford University. She also holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management and Accounting.
Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and showing off her husband’s ‘65 Chevy Impala SS at car shows.
